How to command power and attention in any situation:
Poise – Don’t lose composure or control.
Pause – Wait 3 seconds when asked a question or insulted. Don’t rush. Think before speaking. Riase eyebrow and lower head before responding – this indicates a thoughtful response, not a childish one.
Purpose – Make every word count. Tell the truth; nothing is more powerful. Avoid profanity. Speak softly. Own the conversation by controlling yourself first. This will disarm them because they have failed to trigger you.
